The brand lacked effective lead generation systems and was looking to scale across three branches using a tight media budget.



Solution :

We structured a Meta campaign targeting a hyper-local radius, focused on gym enthusiasts and fitness goal seekers. Messaging emphasized fat loss, transformation, and lifestyle change. A strong visual language was developed to enhance click-through.



Strategy and Funnel Design:

The campaign was aimed at generating high-quality leads with local/regional relevance.
We targeted users within a 5 km radius of each branch using radius targeting and local interest-based filters such as:

  • Fitness enthusiasts, Gym-goers

  • Health-conscious individuals aged 22–45

  • Recent movers and people who engaged with wellness content

The funnel included a lead magnet CTA (Book Free Trial / Get Free Consultation) leading into an internal sales CRM follow-up system.

Daily lead intake and follow-up reports were maintained and synced with the internal team’s CRM. We also tracked daily CPL, CTR, and CAC, and optimized creatives and targeting weekly based on performance.
