Problem :

 The client was struggling with a high Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) of ₹80 and poor ad performance due to scattered audience targeting and lack of proper tracking systems.

Solution :

 A structured funnel strategy was developed including segmented audience targeting, regional-level breakdowns, interest-based narrowing, and real-time CAC + CTR tracking. Daily reporting dashboards were built to track KPIs live.

Challenge :

The challenge was to balance ad spend while drastically reducing CAC. Iterative testing and optimization were crucial across Meta and Google campaigns.

Within 6 months, we brought the CAC down from ₹80 to just ₹10 – a reduction of 87.5%. Daily dashboards streamlined campaign decisions. CTR rose significantly, and the client experienced massive efficiency gains without sacrificing lead quality.
